These galvanised Brake Callipers are designed for use with a Mechanical Braking Systems on your Box Trailer, Boat Trailer or Caravan. If your trailer is rated between 750Kg and 2000Kg you need to have a mechanical or cable brake system installed. If your trailer is a Dual Axle trailer you can have 1 Axle unbraked (Lazy Hubs) and 1 axle with Mechanical Brakes (Brake Discs)
